PayPal Solution - Withdraw to Cyprus or Latvian issued bank card:

General:

PayPal generally does not work with offshore banks due to the lack of transparency and confidentiality of offshore banks. However there is a way to connect a PayPal account domiciled in either Cyprus or Latvia to a bank issued debit card for withdrawal only. Please note you cannot withdraw directly to the Cyprus or Latvian bank account nor can this method be used with any Paypal country other than Cyprus and Latvian. You cannot withdraw from a US PayPal account to these cards.

How does the process work?

1. Client selects three names for the Belize IBC (International Business Corporation)
2. We incorporate your Belize IBC in 2-5 business days
3. Corporattion documents and banking application couriered to client
4. Client completes the application and sends to bank
5. NO BANK VISIT IS NEEDED
6. Account opened and debit card issued. Typically time is 2 weeks to open the account and then another week once your account is funded to receive the bank issued debit card.
7. Client will need to obtain a drop mail location in the country of their bank account for which to have their bank statements forwarded -- this is so in the event PayPal requires a Cyprus or Latvian proof of address you can supply your Cyprus or Latvia bank statement. We can make refereals for these services but we do not offer them directly (cost ranges from 200 Eur a year for Latvian address to 450 Eur for Cyprus virtual address plus courier).
